General Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions (abbreviated to "GTC", in non-standard language also often "GTCs", "AGB's" or "AGBen") are all pre-formulated contractual conditions for a variety of contracts that one contracting party (the user) presents to the other contracting party when concluding a contract.

It is irrelevant whether the provision forms a separate external part of the contract (colloquially called “the small print”) or is included in the contract document itself.
