Practice Management

In order to create the possibility for the doctors to pay full attention to the patients, we need a good organisation with clear sturctures, processes and rules which promote team work and create an atmosphere that allows to tap the full potential. Together with the team Günther Baumann is responsible for creating and maintaining optimal preconditions for the development and the management of Prolindo.
